Green Tara is the one who moves first. Where other figures sit in stillness, she is shown with one foot already stepping down from the lotus.
In Tibetan Buddhism, Green Tara is the bodhisattva of compassion in action — invoked not for calm but for the nerve to begin. She is associated with removing obstacles and with swift help, and her image is among the most commonly carried close to the body.
A Tara panel in deep green sits behind glass in a vintage-style metal frame with gold-tone detailing and a lotus border. The metalwork is kept restrained so the painting holds the eye.
Woven by hand from earthy brown threads with red, blue, white, green and yellow running through. Round charms and a tassel are worked into the braid, giving the necklace weight and movement.
Sits at the sternum over a sweater, or disappears under a collar. Worn daily, the metal warms in tone and the cord softens against the skin.
Remove before bathing or swimming. Wipe the metal with a soft dry cloth. Spot-clean the cord and air dry away from direct heat.
