These terms govern your use of 7-treasures.com and purchases from Crain Limited (7-Treasures, we, us). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your place of residence. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, violate intellectual-property rights or use the site for unlawful activity.

2. Product Information

We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials and colours accurately. Screen settings, lighting and handmade variation can affect appearance. Packaging may change without affecting the product. If a material error affects your order, contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy.

3. Orders and Pricing

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel after payment, the amount received for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Applicable shipping charges, taxes or duties are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

4. Payment

Payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. Payment processing is provided by the payment provider shown there and may be subject to that provider's terms and verification.

5. Shipping, Risk and Customs

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or local fees for which the customer is responsible unless applicable law requires otherwise. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exclusions and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Site text, graphics, branding, photographs, video and design are owned by or licensed to Crain Limited and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

The site may use or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery and tracking providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content outside our control.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an as available basis. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.

11. Changes and Severability

We may update these terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
