Track Your Order

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and any available carrier information.

How to Track

1. Open the shipping confirmation email from 7-Treasures.
2. Copy the tracking number.
3. Use the carrier link in the email or track your package with 17TRACK.

Tracking may take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Tracking Questions

The tracking number is not found.
Wait 24-48 hours and try again. A number may be created before the carrier completes its first scan.

The status has not changed for several days.
International parcels may pause between carrier scans, during customs processing, or while being transferred to a local delivery partner.

The parcel is marked delivered but I cannot find it.
Check the delivery area, mailbox, building reception, and with household members or neighbors. If the parcel is still missing after 24 hours, email service@7-treasures.com with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate.
